Justin Bieber - Looking Innocent???

Justin Bieber has just won a round in his fight with neighbors who accused him of reckless driving -- by releasing a security video that showed one of his rapper pals behind the wheel.

TMZ says law enforcement officials have confirmed that rapper Tyler the Creator was actually speeding around the neighborhood. The video shows Tyler pulling into the driveway, followed by Bieber on a motorcycle. At the end of the five-minute video, Tyler gets out of Justin's Ferrari to let the Bieb pull it into the garage.

Though at least one witness swears he saw Bieber driving the Ferrari, TMZ says it's "highly unlikely" the D.A. will file criminal charges against anyone.
