In his second trial, a Florida man was found guilty on Wednesday of first-degree murder in the 2012 killing of a teenager after an argument over loud music spiraled out of control in the parking lot of a Jacksonville gas station.
Michael Dunn, a 47-year-old software developer, had already been convicted of three counts of second-degree attempted murder and a count of shooting at three teenagers, but the jury in the original trial couldn't reach a unanimous verdict on the first-degree murder charge.
Jordan Davis, who was just 17 when the shooting occurred on the day after Thanksgiving in 2012 , was killed in the incident.
