JANET JACKSON: Delays Tour to Start Family

Janet Jackson has announced that she is postponing all tour plans so that she and her husband, Wissam Al Mana, can start a family.

In a video posted on her Twitter account, Janet explained that her recent show cancellations were due to her trying to have a baby. She said, "I'm going to have to delay the tour. Please if you can try and understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor's orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue the tour as soon as I possibly can."

At 49-years-old, she's going to need a lot of rest and care if she's going to have a baby. It means that the remaining four months of her tour, which was scheduled to take place in the US and Canada, will be postponed until a future date. (Billboard)
