The Sony Pictures cyber attack has claimed more victims. Most recently, a young studio executive was caught in an email calling comic Kevin Hart a “whore.”
At issue was Hart's contract for a Sony movie. He was getting paid 3 million dollars, but was asking for even more if tweeting about the film was part of the deal. Clint Culpepper hit the ceiling over getting nickeled and dimed. “I’m not saying he’s a whore, but he’s a whore. I never cease to be amazed at the chutzpah of actors.”
Barely a day goes by that Hart (@KevinHart4real) is not on Twitter riffing on life and re-tweeting posts from fans.
Hart took to his Instagram account yesterday to defend himself. “Knowing your self worth is extremely important. I will never allow myself to be taking advantage of. I refuse to be broken people.”
For comparison, the Sony cyber attack revealed that James Franco earned 6.5 million dollars for The Interview, while writer-actor Seth Rogen took home 8.5 million dollars -- or about 2-3 times more than Kevin Hart.

The Quickies:
Next time you read a celeb tweet, just realize they’ve probably gotten paid to produce those 140 characters.
Hart’s recent movies have made nearly 200 million dollars for Sony Pictures. Sort of seems like he's a bargain for the studio.
Kevin Hart can be seen in the new Chris Rock comedy, Top Five, which is distributed by Paramount Pictures.
