I Finally Figured Out "What's Wrong With The Kids Today?" - It's The PARENTS

O.K. this is 10 Kinds of WRONG! Where the hell is DCS? Somebody needs to be IN JAIL...RIGHT NOW!

The Florida Department of Children and Families are investigating a photo of what appears to be a baby smoking a bong. The photo was circulating on the Internet, but the 11-month-old baby's mother is maintaining that it was nothing more than a joke. The mother sent Channel 4 Jacksonville a message via Facebook that read, "If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO (sic) pipe. And i took a pic to show one (expletive) person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high."
