I would like to nominate my two daughters; one is a senior(18) and one is a junior (17). Their sizes are 0 and 1, they are charming young ladies and have plans for their life. I believe that my girls should be hooked up because they are very good kids overall. They make good grades, help me with their younger siblings. They always keep a positive attitude and even though they don't always get what they want due to finances or other things; they still focus on what they do have and are thankful for that. They are the two oldest of 5 children. I really just would love for them to have this because I have had to sacrifice extra things that they wanted to do because we weren't able to afford it. My junior has already paid for her prom ticket herself out of money she saved. They have good hearts and just deserve the blessing.

I hope you have more that 13 dress, if not Nashville, you need to be ashamed of yourself, I know we have got prominent black, that have girls that have gown they don't need.  We need to learn how to help, our own. I have town grown boys, but if I had a gown to give I would.

II would like to nominate my daugther, who has stepped up to the plate to care for her younger sibling during my illness.  This young lady managed to care for her brother and played a sport all while maintaining a great GPA.  She deserves more than I can ever give her.  I am truly blessed to have her in my life.

I would like to nominate my young cousin Michala, who is a 18yr old senior this year at Stratford High School. She is a honor student (graduating with honors in May), was a starting player on the basketball team all 4 years, and has kept a job her last two years to help her single mother out. She wears a size 12 dress and I would really like to help ease some of the pressure of "prom season" on her mother who is a struggling single parent going to school.

Thank you

Hi, just swingin by to enter this wonderful contest. The Youn Lady's size is 9/10 junior, shoe size 9 and Age 16. It would be wonderful if she could receive a gown to go to her first prom. The young lady in question never asked her MOM to get her items for Prom because their finances were tight with just enough $ for bills, food and gas. I know she wants to go and look fly while going.

my daughter jasmine is real deserving of this because although i can not work due to surgery she  does and she has helped with the bills and taken care of her brother and all the while maintaining a 3.0 G.P.A.... she was also on news channel 5 about the Antioch High Shcool Girl Wrestler, she is the only girl in Metro Nashville to ever place in State tournament not only did she place last year with 4th place but she place this year with   3rd inspite of a knee injury... jasmine trys so hard and im so proud of her... but we have been out looking for dreeses but it comes down to if she get s a dress (a really nice one $300+)  then she cant get her hair done the way she would like or nails done or the other stuff that comes with makeing her feel like a princess... and it is her senior year... well her size is a 7/8 and she just turned 18. :-) and here is the link to the video on the news if you missed it... http://www.newschannel5.com/story/14267442/2011/03/16/antioch-senior-is-only-girl-to-wrestle-in-metro-schools
