LEBANON, Ohio - A Hyde Park man accused of having sex with women without telling them he was HIV positive was indicted by a Warren County grand jury Monday on nine more counts of felonious assault.
Police say during the period of December 2010 through January 2011, 29-year-old Andre Davis engaged in sexual conduct with at least four people in Deerfield Township and hid the fact he was a known carrier of HIV. The case was presented to the grand jury after victims met with Warren County detectives.
Davis has already been charged with crimes involving 12 individuals in Hamilton County.
Davis was arrested on April 13. He remains at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Ohio law requires people who know they are HIV-positive to disclose their status to potential sexual partners.
