Hey Jay Z...the Miami PD Thinks You Look Like A Dope Boy!
Jay-Z is on the cover of this month's Forbes, but the Miami Police Department thinks he looks like your typical street-gang member.
The department's website is featuring a large mural-esque banner depicting five tough-looking characters, including one that looks like Hova. It also asks the public to "Report Gang Activity."
