Female body found in vacant haouse in North Nashville identified.....SAD

Police have identified the woman found beaten to death inside a vacant house in north Nashville.

Police said the murder victim has been identified as 51-year-old Rosalyn Williams.

Police found Williams' body inside a home at 1817 15th Avenue North around 4:30 a.m. Monday after an anonymous caller tipped off police.

Williams was last known to live in north Nashville.

Police have not named suspects or a motive. They were still investigating Tuesday evening.
