DICKSON, Tenn. -- Authorities in Dickson believe they've made the largest heroin bust in county history.

The black tar heroin was found during a traffic stop on Interstate 40, police said. Officers said the drugs were hidden inside a cooler in a potato chip bag.

There were 23 wrapped bundles about the size of golf balls, said officers.

They said the estimated street value was $90,000.

A man and woman were arrested. The car had Texas plates.
