When we last heard about Chris Brown and the Australian government, the prime minister and other top officials were looking at the possibility of banning the singer from the country due to his prior felony conviction for assaulting Rihanna.

Breezy promises he’s going to keep his scheduled dates in all three cities in which he's booked. He’ll have the next 28 days to file the appropriate docs to petition that he’s of strong enough moral character to go Down Under. (TMZ)

IN OTHER CHRIS BROWN NEWS:  New Vegas Residency
Who’s the next superstar performer to follow in the foot-steps of J-Lo, Britney Spears, Snoop Dogg and Mariah Carey with their own Las Vegas residency?
Chris Brown just signed a deal with Drai’s nightclub to do a trial run, playing at least six shows at 50 grand per pop. The venue’s been so impressed with Breezy’s past performances and the crowds he’s drawn that they’re hoping to make it a regular thing.
Brown isn’t the only one who will be hitting the stage. Trey Songz is also part of the deal and will be filling in some of the dates for Breezy. (TMZ)

Breezy’s the new Wayne Newton.
