BEYONCE: Suing Bootleggers Before They Bootleg

Beyonce's world tour doesn't even begin until tomorrow (Saturday), but she's already gone to court to protect her cash flow. Bey has filed a pre-emptive lawsuit against unnamed parties who might be considering selling bootlegs outside any venue where she appears. The suit -- filed in a New York City court because the tour kicks off at Madison Square Garden -- asks that the bootlegging be declared a crime even before it happens.
