BEYONCE: Discusses Vegan Diet on Good Morning America

I bet y'all thought the Queen B, Beyonce', had some exciting news to share with the world yesterday. A new album, a new baby, maybe a new clothing line but no. She announced her new Vegan diet.

Queen B discussed the plant-based diet that’s outlined in the new book The 22-Day Revolution, saying she’s “not naturally the thinnest woman” and discussing how she’s struggled since she was young with finding a diet that works for her and that she can keep.

 

The diet plan is based on the theory that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. The exercise physiologist who created a meal delivery system with Beyonce advises that dieters go vegan and avoid gluten, alcohol and soy for 22 days. Beyond weight loss, the diet is also said to improve your general health and tighten the skin.

Her fans took to Twitter to display their anger. The BeyHive was particularly upset over the claim that this was the first time she'd talked about the diet, even though she released a statement about it in detail back in February. (ABC News)

     Super fans are annoyed, but this is probably the first time most of Good Morning America’s viewers have ever heard anything about her diet.

     It’s a lot easier when you have personal trainers, chefs and nutritionists.

    The outrage of some of her fans waking up before 8:00 a.m. -- talk about first-world problems.
