BEANIE SIGEL: Still in Intensive Care

Beanie Sigel is still in intensive care but is showing signs of improvement.

It's been a week since he was shot in the stomach after dropping his kids off at school in Pleasantville, New Jersey. The former Roc-a-Fella rapper is still unable to talk but has started to respond by nodding his head, which means there's been no loss in brain function. He still remains on a ventilator and in the ICU.

While Beanie has been incapable of speaking to investigators, family members have reportedly not been very helpful in proving leads to authorities investigating the attack. According to AllHipHop, police don't believe the rapper was the intended target in the shooting.
