Adult Film Star Mr. Marcus Sentence to Jail...

The veteran porn actor known as Mr. Marcus was sentenced Tuesday to 30 days in jail after pleading no contest to knowingly exposing his co-stars to syphilis.

The 42-year-old actor, whose real name is Jesse Spencer, discovered his infection in July 2012 during a routine industry screening. He immediately received a penicillin shot, but when he was rescreened 11 days later he still showed signs of syphilis. Authorities say he altered the results of that second test and returned to work the following day.
