50 CENT: Rapper's Crew Allegedly Robbed Jeweler

50 Cent may be speaking to the police for questioning soon. The rapper’s crew has been accused of pistol whipping a man and robbing him of jewelry worth a quarter of a million dollars.

A Los Angeles jewelry store owner flew out to Vegas during fight weekend in attempts to sell the rapper a watch and chain set worth $250,000. The jeweler met 50 at Drai’s nightclub, where he was playing a pre-fight concert and showed him the jewelry.

While 50 liked what he saw, they still needed to settle on a price and 50’s crew told the seller he should meet them at Floyd Mayweather’s gym in the early hours of the morning. Upon the jeweler’s arrival, he claims two of Fif’s guys pistol whipped him, took the bling and booked it.

A robbery report has been filed with Las Vegas PD, which is investigating the claims. Fif’s attorney issued a statement adamantly denying charges that he or his security had anything to do with what are being called “baseless and false allegations.” (TMZ)

He allegedly got paid $500,000 to play the show that night. It’s not like he didn’t have the money.

Next time, maybe just leave the goods at home and bring a picture of the watch instead.
