50 CENT: Going to Court Over 2010 Sex Tape

50 Cent will go to court in June, continuing the long-standing battle between the rapper and his accuser Lastonia Leviston.

Leviston sued Fiddy in 2010 after Curtis reportedly posted a video of her and a former boyfriend Maurice Murray having sex. Now, the issue will finally go to a jury.

Leviston, who has a child with Rick Ross, claims 50 obtained the tape from Murray and then altered it by placing himself in it. He blurred Murray’s face, but not Leviston’s, before releasing it on YouTube where it got to more than 3.2 million views during the height of his feud with Rick Ross.

Leviston's suit says the release of the tape has caused her mental and emotional distress. She even nearly committed suicide, according to the report. (New York Daily News)

     Murray got to cash out, but Leviston just got exposed. That's definitely a raw deal.
