Earlier today (Tuesday), Meek Mill took at blatant jab at labelmate Wale for not supporting his new album, Dreams Worth More Than Money. He wrote, “When u young and successful, u experience a different type of racism, and it brings jealousy, hate and a new level of people tryna bring u down." But he called out Wale specifically in the follow-up, tweeting, “Wale just ain’t gone tweet a thing about my album… He’s been hating on me long time now… Don’t even text me, cornball! #UNOTMMG.”
Wale responded with a screenshot of an Instagram post he made approximately seven weeks ago promoting Meek Mill's "Suicidal." He wrote, "[A] few weeks ago (7 weeks) I posted this, but OK. Movin' along. I wrote a long-ass post day before his single dropped. I don't need to take anybody shine. Or hate on anybody. I walk in a completely different world. I get it. I'm different. I encourage y'all to embrace what y'all like or the person y'all wanna be... I text [these dudes] happy Father's Day and get no reply. I laugh it off. I'm sensitive, OK. Maybe bi-polar. But one thing I'm not is a hater."
