Pharrell and Pitbull will get a star on the walk of fame

Pharrell Williams and Pitbull are being honored with stars on the Walk of Fame.

It was announced yesterday (Thursday) that the two hit-makers were among 30 people selected to receive stars in 2015. Other honorees include Will Ferrell, Melissa McCarthy, Sofia Vergara, Amy Poehler, Kelly Ripa, Kool and the Gang and producer Dr. Luke.

Pitbull showed his gratitude, tweeting, “Excited about my new honor as a Walk of Famer for Class of 2015.”

Previous Hall of Fame honorees include Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe, and Diddy.
