Iggy Azalea talks street cred

A lot of Iggy Azalea's peers go on and on about "keeping it real" -- but she says she could care less about that.

The chart-topping rapper tells Billboard that so-called street cred isn't one of her concerns. She says, “We get so caught up, especially in rap, with what’s authentic, and I wish people would think more about what the [heck] that even means. One critic was like, ‘Why didn’t you talk about more Australian things?’ I don’t understand why I’m supposed to write a song about living in the Outback and riding a kangaroo to be authentic.”

How's this for real -- Iggy is the first artist since The Beatles to have their first two charting singles go to number-one and number-two at the same time. "Fancy" is number-one, and Ariana Grande's "Problem" featuring Iggy is number-two.
