Jimmy Butler won't back down vs. LeBron James

When Jimmy Butler and LeBron James fell to the floor, locked bodies and played an aggressive form of footsy that led to a double technical foul late in Sunday's first half, Butler's message became clear.

"I don't back down," Butler said.

Indeed, as James drove on the final possession of regulation in a tie game, Butler adhered himself to the reigning NBA most valuable player and stripped him on the way up, officially recording a block. Playing all but 10 seconds, Butler finished with 16 points, 11 rebounds, four steals and that block. James shot 8-for-23.
