CHRIS BROWN: Another Lawsuit Due to His Temper

Chris Brown is being sued by Malcom Ausbon for allegedly beating him up during a baskeball game last July. The complaint accuses Brown of getting aggressive toward Ausbon after being called on a foul during a pick-up basketball game at 24-Hours Fitness. The singer reportedly threatened to beat the man and claimed he was a member of the Bloods.

The lawsuit claims that Ausbon tried to back away but was rushed by Brown's security team who beat him. The attack sent Ausbon to a hospital emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. The suit additionally cites suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post-traumatic-stress disorder.

Brown's camp has acknowledged the "incident" but says no punches were thrown.
