TOPLESS PAPARAZZO: Wins Breast-Baring Lawsuit

Apparently, you don't have to work in a strip club to get money for going topless in New York City. A female paparazzo who prefers to work shirtless will receive $40,000 from N.Y.C. after police arrested her for several times for baring her breasts in public, TMZ reports

Back in May, 46-year-old Holly Van Voast sued the city and the NYPD for arresting her for working the streets topless.

In the suit, the free-spirited pap claimed that she had been arrested or detained at least 10 times since 2011 for being shirtless in public, but it turns out, it is legal for both males and females to appear topless in N.Y.C.

Now the city has agreed to a settlement of $40,000, or as TMZ puts it, $20,000 per boob.
