Chris Brown Decides not to go to war with city officials over graffiti

It's a graffiti cover-up! Chris Brown is painting over the murals on the wall of his L.A. estate.

As we've reported, Chris was ready to go to war with city officials who insisted he paint over the graffiti. At one point, he even suggested that decorating his home as he sees fit is a First Amendment right. But according to TMZ, on Thursday Chris hired a couple of workers to cover up his handiwork.

Nonetheless, Breezy remains defiant. A source says covering the artwork is his choice and that the city didn't force him to do it. Building inspectors are due to take a look on Friday.
