Alex Rodriguez hasn't played for the New York Yankees in months, but he's still managing to strike out with the team's management.
Rodriquez tweeted on Tuesday that he's ready to start playing in rehab games, but apparently the Yankees weren't ready for his announcement.
Yankees general manager Brian Cashman told ESPN New York, "You know what, when the Yankees want to announce something, [we will]. Alex should just shut the f*** up. That's it. I'm going to call Alex now."
On Monday, Cashman had denied reports that A-Rod was ready to play.
