JERRY SANDUSKY: Will Likely Keep Pension

Jerry Sandusky will get his state pension of about $59,000 a year for the rest of his life.

Jerry Sandusky may have been found guilty on 45 counts of child molestation last week, but it looks as if he will still get his state pension of about $59,000 a year for the rest of his life.

The former Penn State assistant football coach would have to forfeit his pension if he was convicted of an Act 140 state crime, such as bribery or extortion, but violent crimes or sexual abuse aren't covered under the act.

Sandusky will still get his $59,000 a year pension. Right or wrong?
