Your free advice for the week: For those of you who are small business owners doing business via the internet, place a Choice of Law clause in your contracts.  Said clause should state that, should a dispute arise between the parties, the laws of _______ (your state) will govern the dispute and the court having jurisdiction to entertain the dispute will be in ___________  (the county and state in which your business operates).
