No matter how you look and see what they would say. The world is so full of ungrateful people!. Thank God for your natural beauty both men & women. This guy is ungrateful for how God created him and he shall pay for that! Sad but true.
NOTE: If this is a TRUE story at all. But as we all know there are many that have had sex changes. So my statement is directed toward those individules, if this child is not one of those then thank God she isn't!

Looks like a female to me. Hard to tell with all the surgery and alterations that can be performed to change what you don't like about yourself.
