Nashville’s Largest Yard Sale is the perfect kick-off to the spring cleaning season by giving you a chance to gather all the stuff that’s cluttering up your homes and businesses and put it out for sale!

 If you’re a collector or homemaker or just curious, Nashville’s  Largest Garage Sale offers a day of hawking gently-used goods and offer bargain prices in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Search your homes, attic to basement, cupboard to closet and storeroom to garage. Bring it all out and make some money selling it to folks in our community.

Come buy or sell treasures, antiques, furniture, clothing, electronics, tools & much more! Save the date Saturday May 9th.

What You Should Bring:

    Tables

    Chairs

    Sunscreen

    Bags or boxes for shopper

    Cash/coins to make change

    Trash bags

    Broom to sweep space clean

Sales Space Description:

    Roughly 9' by 16' in size (1 parking lot space)

    No electricity provided

    No tables, chairs provided

    No traffic cones, rope, etc. to mark off space provided

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You are welcome to bring any household items that you care to sell at a typical Yard Sale (books, clothes, tools, furniture, sports gear, computers, electronics etc)

Please no guns with ammo, no weapons, no drugs/ beverages/ food for sale.

 *NOTE There is NO electricity on site

 What time can I begin setting up on Saturday May 9th?

Set up begins at 5:30am. You will have  (2) parking spaces to use for laying out goods. (upon request you may have additional spaces if needed). 10x10 size spaces. If any items are left and did not sell you have the right to donate them to Good Will - as they will have trucks on site collecting any unused or unwanted goods.

 The designated LOT for this event is LOT B at LP Field, closest to Tiger Mart gas station.

What is my proof of purchase and who do I present my purchase space to day of the event?

Upon arrival, there will be marked spaces with registered names at each. Please check in with a supervisor on site and they will assist you to your registered space.
