El Debarge Arrested For Smashing Out A Window

El Debarge got into an altercation with a man in California that led to him smashing out the dude's car with a Wrench!  No word on what the argument was about, however El was arrested for Felony Vandalism and had to post $20,000 bond.  We'll keep you posted...
