DJ Khaled is in hot water for a social media post that shows him pouring Ciroc vodka over a bowl of cereal -- without mentioning that he's paid to hype the brand.

A watchdog group called Truth in Advertising flagged the post for the sneaky promotion, and for its placement, since a survey of Khaled’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat posts showed a large number of underage followers.

By failing to disclose that he’s a paid pitchman for booze brands, Khaled violated Federal Trade Commission law as well as the social media companies’ policies forbidding alcohol ads aimed at teens. He went back after the fact and added the hashtags #ad to the posts, bringing them into line legally. (New York Post)
