ANOTHER WHITE HOUSE FENCE JUMPER: Stopped By Secret Service

Another individual tried to break into the White House yesterday, only this time the Secret Service actually did their job.

According to initial reports, the jumper was caught after jumping the White House fence, but before they could reach the White House.

The intruder was attacked by security dogs used by the Secret Service, with spokesman Edwin Donovan saying, "Dogs got him," in reference to the suspect.

The fence jumper, who was not armed at the time he was apprehended, was identified as 23-year-old Dominic Adesanya of Bel Air Maryland.

In video shot at the scene, the suspect was surrounded by Secret Service agents on the White House's north lawn. After the incident, the White House was put on lockdown for approximately an hour-and-a-half.

At one point in the video, the suspect is seen punching one of the dogs that attacked him. That dog and one other "were taken to a veterinarian for injuries sustained during the incident," Donovan said.

The incident came just hours after an attack on Canada's Parliament left a soldier and the suspect dead.
