Spanish clothing retailer Zara was selling a blue-and-white-striped shirt with a six-pointed star over the left side of the chest that read "SHERIFF." The shirt, the store says, was intended for children aged three months to three years. Except, zoomed out on their website, the shirt looks a lot like...a concentration camp uniform.
+972 first noticed the shirt, which was being sold in Zara's stores in the UK "as well as in a number of its international outlets, including Israel, France, Denmark, Albania and Sweden," the Guardian reports. The shirt has since been pulled from the chain's sites, and Zara has taken to Twitter to personally apologize.
