WTF??? Why did a housing project create a fake JAIL on the playground for kids...HELL NAW!!

The New York Housing Authority received dozens of complaints this week about a public playground for kids in Tompkins Houses, a city housing project in Brooklyn that features a "jail."

• The park was designed by a company called Landscape Structures and erected in March 2004.

• Housing Authority spokeswoman Sheila Stainback wants to replace that part of the playground and is looking into who ordered the equipment. The authority has painted over the word jail on the jungle gym as a temporary fix.
