WIZ KHALIFA: Wiz says he wasn't cheating on Amber because their marriage was already over

Amber Rose might have caught Wiz Khalifa with another woman, but the rapper says it wasn't cheating -- because their marriage was already "over."

Sources tell TMZ that Amber filed for divorce after she went to a house Wiz was staying in and found him with another woman. But Wiz claims he moved there several weeks ago because he knew he was finished with Amber. He reportedly told friends, "I just didn't want to be married to her anymore."

In Wiz's mind, since he'd already told Amber he was done with her, being with the other woman wasn't really cheating. And even though they both still deny it, Wiz is apparently convinced that Amber was sleeping with Nick Cannon.

There may be some countries where deciding you're done is all it takes, but in the U.S., you're married until a court says you're not. And the law is pretty clear about what constitutes adultery.
