Since I first heard "Let's Stay Together" I had to get the album to hear if that beautiful voice carried through all of his songs...and it did. I have been so in love with every song he sings, his songs has brought me happiness when I was sad, his songs have made my joys that much more joyous. They get me going in the mornings before work. Anybody that knows me knows I LOVE AL GREEN. My heart flutters when I see a photo of Al or hear any of his songs no matter where I am. Yesterday when I was in his Church, I had to continue to talk to myself so that if Al Green was there I could contain myself and remember that I was in church and not in Concert! Please pick me for the backstage passes.

I am Al's biggest fan because he music soothes my soul, i have been in love with him since i was like 12 and use to cry myself to sleep listening to him. I would love for him to sing his song Perfect to me to my son Elvis who has CDLS Cornelia De Lange syndrome. Tht is our theme song because no matter wht the world thinks about him he is perfect to me. I have been trying to get some tickets every since last week when i found out he was coming. I am ready and on my way. Me and Elvis so please pick me. I tried to get a wish thru make a wish and they denied him because they said he wasn't sick enough, but tht was my wish was to meet Al Green!

I would love those tickets. Al Green puts on an awesome concert and I would love to meet him. HIS SONGS ARE CLASSICS AND WILL NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE. I would love to take my mom!

I grew up listening to Al Green as a child in MS especially on Saturday mornings cleaning and doing hose work. From his Gospel to his Blues he has remained to have distinctive sound that can't be imitated. Love & Happiness is just one of those songs that no matter what you are doing you have to stop listen and sing along.

The songs he sings are memories from my childhood singing along with my mother and NOW my Adult kids.

I'm only 25, but I absolutely adore this man! I'm from west, tn and he is what I grew up on. He is such a pillar in music and it would be such an honor to meet the man who I listened to almost every day with my parents and every weeknd with my grandparents!!! I may be young, but I recognize the power of music and words and he posses a lot of power!!!!!

Al Green, my goodness, if given the opportunity to see him live in concert would be amazing. He's one of the greats. I remember when I was young, cutting on the radio on saturday morning & cleaning house while my mom was gone to work. My siblings & I all had a task & Al Green was a given he was going to be played. I remember the 1st time I heard " I want to hold your hand"... For some reason that did it for me. Al Green fan every since
