Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting baby number-three -- but Kim isn't pregnant.

According to People magazine, a surrogate is carrying the child. Kim had health problems carrying both North and Saint, and her doctors reportedly advised her not to get pregnant again. A source tells the magazine they'd been interviewing candidates for months.

TMZ says it's a girl and due in January.
