No I dont believe you should ahve the warrent issued.I believe you should pray for your ex and turn it over to god. He will handle it and your daughter we relize whats going on when she is older.

Glory don't let this stop you from having children... it's not always like this.  I have great children and their fathers are great and we are not together.  Children are a joy.  Don't allow the hard situations that you hear about stop you from having the joy of your own child.  THEY ARE BLESSINGS....THROUGH IT ALL..... and time changes most things....

Make sure your daughter understands the reasons why you do what you have to do.  She should know that there comes a time when you have to make a stand.  Have you tried mediation?  Are these just unreasonable people?  Does the stepfather have too much say?  Do what you heart tells you to

PLEASE HANDLE IT IN A LEGAL WAY, THAT WAY IT PROTECTS YOU!! YOU CAN NEVER CONTROL THE ACTIONS OF OTHERS BUT FOR YOUR CHILD, GET THE RIGHT LEGAL AUTHORITIES INVOLVED, BECAUSE THERE IS A BIG CHANCE THAT IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. IT'S A SHAME THAT WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH SUCH EXTREME MEASURES TO GET RESPECT FROM PEOPLE, BUT THAT'S LIFE. FOR SOME REASONS PEOPLE HAVE SO MUCH ANGER DEEP INSIDE AND USUALLY DUE TO SOME PAST ISSUES, THE BAD THING IS IF THE ANGRY PEOPLE DON'T GET SOME HELP, IT TENDS TO GET WORSE WITH EVERY ISSUE THAT HAPPENS IN THEIR LIVES.  GOD BLESS!!!

Dang man I hate to hear that you (and other men) have to go through these type of situations.  Honestly, that is why I plan to have a vasectomy this year.  No joke.  I have heard these types of stories from different friends, frat brothers, and family members over and over again.  And seeing as though I have no children, I never want to go through that with any woman. It's just not worth it to me.  Now as far as having her arrested...that's a tough one.  I don't know if I would have her arrested because like you said that would probably devastate your daughter.  And that is not the goal.  The goal is to get back the property you bought for your daughter and to send a message that you won't be bullied.  So I would probably try to bring it before a judge in juvenile court, that way it is handled between adults and the daughter is able to avoid seeing something traumatic like her mom in cuffs.  I think if you have her arrested then your daughter will develop certain thoughts about you as a father and a man because of how you handled the situation.  But if you continue to do what's right and be the bigger person, when your daughter is an adult she will know how to handle difficult situations based on your example.  And she will know the true character of her mother and step-father.  Good luck with that.
