what will TI an TINY do with their kids if they both go to jail??
While nothing is set in stone a person close to Tiny told us that both SHE and her new husband TI are making preparations to GO TO JAIL . . . for an EXTENDED TIME!!!
The insider explained, "At first I though they were just making plans 'in case' they both [got locked up]. But no, they're acting like they're both going away." The tipster continued, "Tiny's already got a drug possession case in Georgia, and the lawyers told her that they hand out jail time in LA like it's nothing, so she's preparing herself."
Who gets custody of the children if and when the couple get LOCKED UP. The insider explains, "Tiny's mom."
This is such a sad story. We don't even feel sorry for TI or Tiny, it's the kids who will be WITHOUT parents for months and possibly years that we feel bad for them.

Whatever McCain they are not 20,21,22 year olds they are from the wrong side of the tracks in Georgia who made it out. I'm not saying people can't do what they won't todo bit not on the streets drivng under the influence.....and another thing they were not in Country Georgia so DO the CRIME and you know.............
Your six kids have to suffer blame your self not Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan...........

Although they have drug charges, they shouldn't go to jail any longer than Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan. What's that all about?!!!!!! The only difference is their skin tones.

TI & Tiny should have thought about that before they did something stupid. Now, the grandparents will be raising the children like so many other grandparents today. As if her mom wasn't already dealing with alot taking care of her husband with alzheimers...
