What is the difference between 2015 and 2014

The murder rate that’s what the difference is between the two years. Nashville has already surpassed the number of murders for ALL of last year (2014). This is quite upsetting. Nashville had been on a downward trend of violent crimes UNTIL this summer.

With the murder of Eric Jackson in Hadley Park, the number rose to 48. Making his death the 8^th for the month of September and the third murder of the weekend. The total amount of murders in the city in 2014 was 41. Currently Nashville is at its highest rate since 2012 when there were 61 killings.

Nashville let’s stand up.
