What Do I Have In Common With: Vince Young, Kevin Hart, and Kenny Britt
I finally made it: Got Put Out of Karma Last night...It seems you can't blow up until this happens so, I'm glad that's over with.
Why did it happen: Let's just say that me and the door girl didn't see "Eye-2-Eye" on a Club Policy AND that I refuse to be talked to like a 12 year old child.
I told the young lady that I'd "Talk With Her Later"...she yelled out we ain't talking about $#!@ - I again restated...Yes! We Will Talk. I had every intention of finishing my drinks and pulling her to the side to speak with her manager. She didn't wait. She told her boss that I THREATENED HER!!??? I was then met by 3 BIG Security Guards in the VIP and told to come down to speak with a Manager. At that point I was told to leave the premises...???
Me and the Manager actually had a great talk. I decided against arguing the point and took my ass home!
Lesson HERE: If you want respect, you have to give it. If you're in a people business, talk to people with respect and courtesy and it will be returned. Just because you're a Door Girl, Program Director of a Radio Station, Security Guard, Club Owner is NO REASON to talk to people with disregard.
As a gentlemen, I apologize to the young lady at the door if I offended her. As a customer and a Brand Manager, I think she needs Customer Service Training..!

Why the Modern New Era had to go? I'm from the ( Garry Jenkins) days . The Night spots these days lack a lot of what is called, Class Tact and good Entertainment.

That's okay Kenny...Karma will be shut down and renamed another club like every other club in Nashville in the next couple of weeks. Then the door girl will be out of a job, and trying to get into one of your hosted events at a club.
