Whaaaaattttt????? NO RIOTS????  After the Not Guilty verdict was read, some people thought there would be blood in the streets...

Well, the Trayvon Martin case was never about violence.  It was never about gratuitous posturing or pointless yelling.

It was about saying: ENOUGH!!!

We...and when I say WE, I mean people of all races and backgrounds are tired of bigotry and hatred. When this case dropped, that's what it felt like to us. A young black man was gunned down, evidence not immediately made available, and the shooter went home and had a V8!

This is what pissed us off. Had the Samford Police put Zimmerman in jail and let a trial move forward, you would have NOT seen the outcry and the outpouring of emotions at the level that it became! This would have been another Florida case. As a matter of fact, a similar case happened a month or two after Trayon's murder in Florida and the man was arrested. No one has heard a peep about that case.

But when Zimmerman was allowed to go free, we all said "Helllllll Naaawwwwww"! We all said not this again. So people of all races donned their hoodies and said ARREST this man! And so it happened. He was arrested. A trial ensued. He was found Not Guilty.

So there will be no rioting! Sorry Bill O'Reilly and Ann Coulter. All you undercover Neo Nazi, Turner Diary reading, KKK Lite Members can go back to bed. This is not that case and we are not interested in the bull$#!t.  The process, though forcibly was made to happen, and the results were not what many of us wanted to see happen.

WE are still interested in justice for Trayvon.  But we know that can't be done by burning down businesses and stealing laptops from the Apple Store!

From Zimmerman's Account he's just a good guy trying to help his neighbors with the crime going on in his hood that was unfortunately being committed a majority of the times by young black men. One night Trayvon comes walking down the street, he looks the type. Zimmerman confronts the young man. The young man gets antsy and "puts them things" on Zimmerman cause after all, he ain't no cop and he's following me around like he wants it. The fight gets too intense for Zimmerman and he pulls out a gun and shoots him. NOTE: The only reason Zimmerman even runs up on Trayvon is because he was strapped. His scary ass ain't running up on a 6 feet tall black teenager without some protection and the willingness to use it. From Zimmerman's account, the whole thing is just an unfortunate incident in one of his many crime fighting adventures and he took an ass whooping as well for his troubles.

Too bad we can't get Trayvon's version of events. That side of the truth died with him. But I am sure he was just trying to go the store, get his Skittles, talk on the phone to his lady friend, and go back in the house. He did not break into any homes. He did not commit any crimes. He did however lose his life to an alleged "do-gooder" with a semi-automatic weapon!

Sad thing is that George Zimmerman has been beating the system his whole life.  His Judge Daddy and Court Worker mom have been letting him slip the system time and time again.  Had he faced his domestic violence charges, he wouldn't even have been allowed to have a gun.  But daddy got him off that one too.  Now he's beaten the ultimate court charge:  Murder!  

But even still...there will be no Riots.
