Wendy Williams Being Sued For $25,000...

Chat show host Wendy Williams is reportedly being sued by a promotor who claims that she "was best described as...ungrateful" after being paid $25,000 to make a personal appearance at an Atlantic City resort.

Williams was allegedly booked to make a two-hour appearance at The Pool at Harrah's Resort, reports TMZ, but the suit claims that the star didn't bother to mingle with the guests and was only there for an hour.

Williams as well as her husband also complained that they wanted to leave. The chat show host was allegedly meant to take to the stage and speak to the guests over the mic, but she chose not to and hung out in a cabana.

The lawsuit states that Williams "disappointed her fans who came out expecting her to host the party."

Williams, who has not commented on the lawsuit, is currently starring on 'Dancing With The Stars' managed to order four bottles of Ace of Spades champagne and two bottles of white wine at her cabana in the hour and requested that she was left with her husband to have a drink.

Meanwhile Harrah's Resort has distanced itself from the lawsuit and stated: "The Pool After Dark at Harrah's Resort was pleased with Wendy's appearance and would gladly welcome her back. We are not a party to the law suit and have no comment on that issue."
