WARRANT ISSUED FOR LINDSAY - I'm Starting To Wonder If Lindsay Lohan is BLACK!

Lindsay Lohan will face the music over her two failed drug tests Friday. A bench warrant has been issued for the actress, requiring her to appear before the judge in a Beverly Hills courtroom. LiLo could get 30 days in jail for each bad test result.

It's not all bad news for Lindsay. She has reportedly settled her lawsuit against E-Trade. According to TMZ, she received some cash and is "very happy" with the results. LiLo took the company to court after it aired a commercial featuring a baby named Lindsay who was called a "milkaholic."
