Wade is the Biggest Loser of the NBA Off Season

Dwayne Wade, LeBron James and Chris Bosh all opted out of their contract with the Miami Heat. James and Bosh have been made offers from all of the other NBA teams, while Wade sits and waits. Wade has not received any offers. Wade is the biggest loser in this month of NBA free agency.

The Heat asked Wade to opt out of a contract for a guaranteed $41.8 million so they could spread his cap hit out over a longer period of time. Opting out also gave the player the opportunity to entertain other offers from rival teams.

Wade played his part and worked hard in the quest for a 3-peat.Unfortunately, the Spurs wanted it a little more. It is baffling that he has not been wooed by any other team.

He's 32 now and analyst say he may retire in two years, especially if James stays for 2 more years and then leaves.Essentially, Wade's fate is in the hands of Bosh and James. If Bosh decides to go to the Rockets, James may jump ship to the Cavs, leaving Wade in Miami be himself. The best thing Wade can hope for at this point, is that LeBron and Bosh stay with the Heat.
