Usher: Sex Tape Scandal

Allegedly there’s a sex tape of Usher floating around. And for the one person that bites and buys, they will be looking at jail for purchase of stolen property.
TMZ broke the story that someone broke into Usher's car in ATL back in 2010 and stole 2 laptops, 2 video cameras and a million bucks in jewelry.  

Apparently XXX video of Usher and his then wife Tameka was on one of the laptops.
Initially, some idiot tried selling the tape shortly after the theft but no one wanted it (duh). But recently, the tape has resurfaced and someone is trying to sell it.

TMZ says that whoever's trying to sell it is not going to adult film companies; there's no way they would touch it because they would never get a sign-off from Usher. So the sellers are going right to the blogs.

We know famed lawyer Mark Geragos is repping Usher and is aggressively on the hunt to find the person who's trying to cash in.
