USHER: Custody Case Continues

The case to determine custody of Usher Raymond and Tameka Foster's two young sons is being delayed as an Atlanta court seeks to determine who is responsible for paying her legal fees. She wants Usher to pick up the tab, which is expected to reach around $125,000.

According to SandraRose.com, Foster has asked the court to increase her monthly child support by $3,000 and order Usher to return her Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. She also wants the court to order Usher not to have overnight guests while their kids are with him.
