Unarmed 36 Year Old Man Shot To Death During Traffic Stop

Dec. 30th Bridgeton, N.J police pulled over Leroy Tutt because he had rolled through a stop sign. Minutes later, his passenger, 36-year-old Jerame Reid, was shot multiple times by officers Braheme Days and Roger Worley.

And unlike the Ferguson case, the entire encounter was captured on the police dash-cam . (You can view the video below this story)

The officer asks for Reid’s license and after spotting a gun in the glove compartment, both officers draw their weapons, with Days warning Tutt and Reid not to move.

“Show me your f******* hands!” Days yells as he struggles with the car door. “Don’t you f***** move! I’m telling you, I’m going to shoot you. You’re going to be f***** dead … Jerame, you reach for something, you’re going to be f***** dead.”

“Let me out of the f***** car,” Reid says, emerging with his hands in front of his chest, and at that point both officers open fire, killing him.

The driver, Leroy Tutt, whose raised hands are visible throughout the entire video, complies with the police and lies down in the street to be handcuffed.

The officers are now on administrative leave while the department investigates their use of deadly force.
