Hey Soulja Boy -- Big Brother is watching you.

The LAPD has fingered Soulja in a January hit-and-run using secret camera footage. A motorcycle ran into his red Bentley after he made an illegal turn, but he quickly fled the scene. A witness who recognized his car told cops who it was, and then it got really creepy.

Turns out that there are thousands of hidden cameras all over L.A., and the cops have access to all the footage. So when they got that tip, they went to the videotape -- and they say it was indeed Soulja Boy's car.

The Bentley has been impounded, and despite the video evidence, police are still asking witnesses to come forward.
