TREY SONGZ: Restraining Order Granted

The woman who accused Trey Songz of choking and punching her last month had her request for a restraining order granted.

The alleged victim swore under oath that she and Trey had been friends and “occasional romantic partners” for years before he attacked her. She says they were at his rental house last month after a night at the club when he flew into a jealous rage, “charged” her and “began choking” her. Then, she says, he chased her, hit her again and threw her two phones off a cliff.

She has photos showing injuries including bruising on the face, jaw, arm and back. On the night of the incident, he allegedly started to apologize and gave her $2000 to replace her phones.

A judge granted the stay-away order on a temporary basis Tuesday and set a hearing for March 27th. He must stay at least 100 yards away and not make any attempts at contact.
